Leeds Crisis Assessment Service

People of all ages in West Yorkshire are able to access local crisis services directly by calling 111 and selecting the mental health option.

Crisis Text Service

If you are hearing impaired and in a mental health crisis you can contact the Crisis Text Service by texting DEAF to 85258. There are open 24/7.

The West Yorkshire 24 hour helpline provides confidential support, advice and information for anyone who is concerned about their mental health, or is worried about a family member or someone they care for. The service is for anyone aged 18 and over who is registered with a Leeds GP. It is also available to people registered with GPs in Calderdale, Kirklees, Wakefield and Barnsley.
