What we do

Pathways offers short and long term counselling to adults who are experiencing psychological and emotional difficulties.

We will support you to explore your thoughts and feelings so you can develop your self-awareness and understand your difficulties. Through this process you can choose your own ways of overcoming your difficulties and find ways of coping.

We offer a compassionate and non-judgemental space where you will be accepted as you are, and where you will be heard.

Our experience and knowledge include working with:

  • Mental health issues
  • Relationship issues
  • Bereavement and loss
  • Childhood trauma
  • Abuse
  • Low self esteem
  • Stress and anxiety
  • Terminal illness
  • Depression
  • Addictions
  • Pregnancy loss and infertility
  • Still birth
  • Eating disorders
  • Faith related issues

We work according to the Association of Christian Counsellors code of Ethics and Practice.
